"Unification"
And Last Night, we discovered that he is the leader of the others. What else did we discover last night? It was Desmond’s fault the plane crashed on the island. Hurley was more upset with Jack for not letting him and Sawyer and Kate in on the know that Michael was a turncoat than he was with the fact that Michael murdered Libby. Also, Libby was married to a man named Dave, which was the same name as Hurleys “imaginary” friend in the mental institution. Libby gave Desmond the sailboat that lead him to the island. So Libby was the catalyst of sorts for the whole mess starting. Questions which arose in the episode: What the hell was up with the “Simpsons” Arganothesque foot statue. It only had four toes, as if the statue remains were not weird enough. Are Eko, Locke, and Desmond still alive? Did Desmond setting off the huge EMP destroy the whole reason for having to press the button every 108 minutes? Where are the others taking Jack, Sawyer, and Kate? Will Michael and Walt find civilization again? Will they tell others of how to rescue the castaways, and what what WHAT was up with Desmond’s would be wife having a Russian crew out searching the ocean for EITHER and EMP, or to detect that the button in the hatch was not pushed? Oy Vey!

"The Game"
So yeah. Tonight is the 2 hour season finale of “Lost”. I cannot wait. Only 6 hours and 28 minutes (from typing this).
I forgot to mention another major purchase. Last Friday I bought the X-Box 360. Also I bought Perfect Dark Zero, and Madden 06. Neither game has grabbed me in the way I was hoping for, but it is only a matter of time until a Star Wars game, or a little game called Halo 3 comes out and takes up all my free time for weeks/months on end.
X-Men 3 The Final Stand is out in theaters this Friday, and it looks like I might have to drive to Erie if I want to see a midnight showing of the bad boy. So hopefully it will be released here at 12:01am Friday, or damn, I’m gonna have to get a posse.
Trivia words for the week: Furrier, Worsted, Chestnut, Poser.
That will be all.

"Ensign Ro"
Previews before the film were for Pirates of The Caribbean 2, Miami Vice, and Casino Royale. Pretty decent previews, even the one for Vice was okay, although it did nothing to inspire me to want to go see this movie anymore than before (zilch). Pirates looks to be another great adventure. I am already ready already to see Bond 21 on opening night. Nothing any critic says about Daniel Craig will deter me from witnessing the “birth” of Bond. The one thing that gets me though is the problem which will arise with Judi Dench playing “M”. In “Goldeneye” she and Bond have a discussion of her predecessor. So obviously from that discourse, we can conclude that 007 James Bond was in place at MI6 before Judi Denchs character took over the role as “M”. Bernard Lee was the originally “M”. Perhaps they should have gotten an actor who could have matched his likeness in stature and diction to portray “M”. Of course, this would probably not have sat well with the Dame had she been asked to give up the role for a movie or two, to wait to be brought back into the franchise until a time arises when the series reaches the “current” timeline. Of course James Bond has experienced about as much changes in age and appearance as our favorite Timelord, that Tardis riden, Dalak bashing, Red Eyed Robot ass kicking Dr.Who.

Da Vinci Code opens Friday, and X-MEN 3 next Friday. You know I will be there for both premiers.
What can I say about the Sabers that hasn’t been said already? I am nervous going into this series against Carolina, and grow more nervous and hopeful with each passing drop of the puck. June 19 1999 is still (actually the game ended on June 20 1999) all to well in my mind, and always will be, for so many reasons. And Brett Hulls foot in the crease is by far not least amongst them. Whereas the good things that came from that night only lasted until September 15 2000, the bitter taste left in my mouth from the ending of game 6 has still not been erased.
Poker is at my house tonight. Last week I came in 2nd against Erik, so I got my 5 bucks back. Yeah!
Survivor : Exile Island ended last night, with Aras winning the million dollars. Terry, the Air Force Pilot, and my pick to win it all, came in 3rd, after dominating the entire game except for the final 2 immunity challenges. Next season Survivor is traveling to the Cook Islands. Should be exciting.
The season finale of Amazing Race is Wednesday. Also that night is the penultimate episode of Lost for the season.

"Data's Day"
Wow, that was a year ago already. Well as of the 15th anyway. Worst Birthday Ever.
Sabers begin the 2nd round of the playoffs tonight, going up against the Evil Goateed Senators up in Ottawa. Now that the 1st round is over, lets see how my predictions went.
Well, I had Tampa beating Ottawa, so I am wrong already. I also picked Montreal to go over the ex-Whalers. Damn. Sabers DID win, as well as the Devils so I am 2 for 4 in the East.
I correctly picked Edmonton to upset Detroit, as well as the Nordiques to go over the South Stars. I got the Sharks over the Predators right, but messed up on the Flames series, as they lost to Anaheim.
So 2 for 4 in the east, 3 for 4 in the west, that’s...5 for 8. Hey, pretty damn good I would say.
Which leads us to...
New Predictions : 2nd round style.
Sabers over Senators
Devils over Hurricanes
Avalanche over the Sharks
Edmonton over Anaheim.

Well Joe, I post the top 25 lists because I want to. And I thought the Adult Swim bumps were funny and worth posting. If you have a problem with any of my schlock, you can go to www.eatabullet.com . Fuck wad!
What’s happening brownies?
I am Alex, and you are forced to read whatever I decide to put on my blog.
I got a letter in the mail today from the financial aid office of Fredonia. It told me that I am receiving $12,800 in aid for my first year at the college. Fucking sweet.
Got to listen to the first few tracks off of Pearl Jams latest album (eponymous), and they sure are radical.
Wyatt is back in town finally. He came out to Mileys Saturday night with me. I was there with Mary Kate, Brandon and Sandi (work compadres) and some of Sandis friends. Played darts and billiards for a couple of hours. “They Only Come Out At Night” Nate and Matt waited ‘til the midnight hour to join us, at which point we proceeded to Mojos.
Coolio. Gonna have one hell of a poker game tonight at my house, come hell - see “Philadelphia”- or high water - see “New Orleans”.
