"Losing My Cool"

I am giving it about 2 more hours of listening to customers bitch at me about this and that, and being able to get absolutely NO FUCKING ANSWERS from my superiors before I walk out the fucking door on the mall once and for all. I just cannot get over the mess I am falling into here. Customers with insurance claims that never got filled out right, others that need refunds that are said to give them in the system, but it look like someone already gave them the refund, although no record was taken as per the given.

Really starting to appreciate what I had at Sears. That was a nice gig. Cannot wait for school to start and be out of here. I really like my two co-workers, but other than that...cannot wait.

In other news, went to my lawyer this morning, and found out the court is offering me the DWAI plea bargain, so I just have to pay some fees, go to some classes, get a partial license to kill for 90 days (however once I finish the classes, I will get back full driving priveldges). So Really only 49 days of suspended license. I can still teach in NY, and no blemish will appear on my permantent record. So was it worth the money I paid the lawyer? You bet your sweet ass!
